Mint

Mint is hand dyed on our luxurious Jewels yarn base. The base is 80% Baby Alpaca and 20% Mulberry Silk. Baby Alpaca is a grade term for the softness of the alpaca fiber; this is the second softest alpaca fiber. This yarn has a lovely handle, very soft and a dream to work up.
Mint is a beautiful green color.
Each skein has 400 yards and weighs about 4 ounces. The yarn is fingering weight.
Hand dyed yarns have subtle variations in colors. I do small batch dyeing. If you purchase from different dye batches, I recommend alternation skeins to achieve an overall blended effect.
Your finished products should be hand washed in cool to lukewarm water (never hot water) with your favorite fiber wash without agitation to avoid felting. Then laid flat to dry. I would recommend blocking when necessary.
While I try to capture the true color of each item, I’m not a professional photographer. There may be minor variations due to monitors or color settings.
If you would prefer your skeins to be made into yarn cakes, please request in the notes with your order. I provide this service free of charge.
Shipping Policy:
We ship within 3 business days for stock items. Custom orders are shipped within 2 weeks. All packages are shipped USPS first class, unless the buyer purchases priority mail (the buyer pays the priority mail fee in full). Tracking numbers are sent for every package. We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $6 per order. Any order totaling $150 or more, we waive the shipping fee. This excludes spinning wheels, weaving looms and Kromski bags.
Return Policy:
We do accept returns provided that the buyer contacts us within 30 days of receipt of their package. If we make the error, then we will work with the buyer to make things right. There is no additional cost to the buyer in this case. If the buyer wants to return the item and it is not due to our error. The buyer needs to contact us within 30 days and pay for the return shipping. The item needs to be returned in its original condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the item to make sure it is in the original condition. A full refund (original purchase and original shipping cost, if any) within 2 business days.
Cancellation Policy:
For standard stock items: the buyer must notify us with 24 hours of purchase to cancel the order. For custom order items: the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of purchase to cancel the order.
There are no exceptions to the above time periods.
