Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship within 3 business days for in stock items. Custom orders are shipped within 2 weeks.
All packages are shipped USPS first class, unless the buyer purchases priority mail (the buyer pays the priority mail fee in full). Tracking numbers are sent for every package. We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $6 per order. Any order totaling $150 or more, we waive the shipping fee.

Return Policy:

We do accept returns provided that the buyer contacts us within 30 days of receipt of their package.
If we made the error, then we will work with the buyer to make things right. There is no additional cost to the buyer in this case.
If the buyer wants to return the item and it is not due to our error. The buyer needs to contact us within the 30 days and pay for the return shipping. The item needs to be returned in it’s original condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the item to make sure it is in the original condition. A full refund (original purchase and original shipping cost, if any) within 2 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

For standard stock items: the buyer must notify us with 24 hours of purchase to cancel the order.
For custom order items: the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of purchase to cancel the order.

There are no exceptions to the above time periods.
